Once you cross over the Piscataqua River Bridge in Portsmouth, NH you will have entered into Maine.  I recommend that you follow these directions and it will take you straight to The Topsider.
  • Stay on I-95 until you get to Exit 6A.  Take Exit 6A.  This now becomes I-295.
  • Stay on I-295 thru South Portland and Portland.  It will filter back into I-95.
  • Once it filters back into I-95, you will take Exit 24, which is the Coastal Connector.
  • Take a RIGHT at the Yield sign off the Coastal Connector.
  • Continue on the Coastal Connector.  This will take you thru Topsham.
  • After 4 traffic lights on the Coastal Connector, you will follow the signs towards Bath.
  • Once you get off the Coastal Connector you will be on US1 North.
  • Continue on US1 thru Brunswick and into Bath.
  • Once in Bath, you will need to get into the left hand lane to cross the Sagadohoc Bridge.
  • After crossing the Sagadohoc Bridge, take your first right.  There is a Dairy Queen there.
  • After turning, go to the Stop Sign.  At the Stop Sign, take a LEFT towards Georgetown.
  • You will now be on RT. 127 South.
  • Once you come into Georgetown, you will see, in order:
    • The Georgetown Pottery
    • The Georgetown Country Store

  • Stay on the Bay Point Rd.
  • After about 3 miles, there will be a fork in the road.  You want to stay to the RIGHT.
  • After about a mile, the road will narrow.  When you can view the river, you are close.
  • When you come into Bay Point, you will see a brown house on a hill, that is The Topsider.
  • To ensure you are there, there is a blue house with a red roof across from the driveway.
